JUST ENOUGH TAI CHI — Wednesday
A short, complete course designed
to be achievable, practisable, and genuinely transformative without the overwhelm of the
full syllabus. Ideal if you want a practice you can carry with you for life — without kicks,
without complexity, without years of commitment before it feels rewarding.
Want to go further? Wednesday students can add optional sections within the class, or step
up to Monday or Tuesday for the full path whenever they’re ready.
