We follow the Five Winds Tai Chi Chuan pathway. Step by step, you’ll build a complete system:
• π Square Form — structure, balance, clarity
• π Round Form — flow, calm, breath (after Square foundation)
• π Pushing Hands — balance, timing, calm under pressure
• π Weapons Training — Spear, Sabre, Sword (focus, power, precision)
• π Self-Defence Applications — practical skills rooted in Tai Chi principles
• π Nei Gung — advanced internal training (Yin & Yang sets; taught privately)
At every session, you also gain:
• π Breathing & Body Mechanics — relaxation, efficiency, internal power
• π Mind–Body Awareness — move well, feel well, live well
